The Early Career and Technical Education (eCTE) program introduces middle school students to high-demand career pathways by bridging academics with foundational skill development. This early exploration allows students to uncover their passions and build competitive advantages, ultimately guiding them to make informed choices as they transition to high school and post-secondary.
