Gadsden Schools Health Services encourages periodic health exams since prevention and treatment of health conditions will enhance student's attendance and performance in school. Consult with your health care provider regarding specific recommendations.

 Physical Exam Forms are available to all 6th to 8th grade students, all year. They can also be obtained through the health office at the school.
