No Shots, No School!

In order to attend school, students must show they're in compliance with Arizona State Immunization Requirements.

It is recommended that you call your child's physician to schedule immunization appointments. Yuma County Health Department offers low cost immunization clinics. Dates and times of community immunization clinics can be obtained by calling Yuma County Health Department (928) 317-4559. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Students may receive legal exemption from the immunization law for medical reasons or conscientiously held beliefs. It is necessary to provide a notarized exemption form to the health office in order to fulfill state requirements. Exemption forms are available in the Yuma County Health Department.
